Shipment must arrive at the hotel no earlier than three (3) business days prior to the date of the function.

You will be responsible for the package handling fees set forth by the hotel and listed below. Package will be available for pick up and payment at the front desk.

$5.00 per box
$125 per pallet
Deliveries will not be accepted if the shipper requires assistance from the hotel staff to load or unload materials.

Outbound Shipping: Package your items, place your own shipping label and drop the packages at the front desk.

You will receive a complimentary scanning device for lead retrieval at your tabletop.
​
The number of devices is based on your sponsorship level:
Platinum: 2
Gold: 1
​
Scanners will be dropped off at each tabletop prior to the Demo Hall opening and will be picked up at the end of the event.
We will invoice for any scanners not returned.

Attendee data is emailed to your organization's POC within 5 business days following the event date.

You are welcome to bring (a) raffle item(s) and lead your own raffle so long as sound doesn't affect other tabletops.
You may also turn over raffle items to the raffle table in the demo hall, prior to the drawing. Please tape your business card to the gift if you would like recognition for that raffle item

It is the Exhibiting Partner's responsibility for all items and equipment that are located on site at the conference, included in the Demo Hall.
Please do not leave items unattended at your tabletop or the event grounds, including equipment and/or personal items.
