Demo Hall Hours
Table must be staffed during these times.
12:15 PM – 2:00 PM
4:45 PM – 7:00 PM
Tear-Down Hours
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Each partner is provided a 6’ table, a TV monitor on a stand, a branded tablecloth, and two (2) electricity outlets.
When you arrive at the event, your table will already be set with your branded tablecloth and logo displayed on your TV.

Please do not bring your own tablecloth.

The TV and table will be set back against the wall, and you
will stand in front of the table when interacting with end-users.

Your placement in the demo hall will be provided upon arrive at the event via a floor plan map.
Collateral & Giveaways
We recommend bringing branded giveaways to place on your table. Be creative!

Alcohol and unpackaged foods are NOT permitted
Printed materials can also be brought but we recommend going a virtual route
– QR code they can scan onsite or on a business card they can take with them.

All collateral and giveaway items must be removed at the end of the event.

We do not offer return shipping post event.

Items left behind are subject to being thrown away.

Raffle
You are encouraged to bring a prize for the raffle during the cocktail reception.

Please bring the prize with you to check-in and attach a business card to the prize.

The prize raffle drawing will take place during the cocktail reception and your company will be recognized.

Lead Tracking

Each partner will receive a leads scanner (quantity of scanners is dependent on level of partnership).

Scanners are assigned to each company and tracked upon return at the end of the event. Partners will be invoiced for any scanners not returned.

Your leads list from the scanners will be emailed to your main point of contact within 3-5 business days following the event.

Signage

There is space to have 1 pull-up banner next to your table. Please do not
bring any other signage.
​
Security
-
It is the partner's responsibility for all items and equipment brought to and left
in the demo hall. Please do not leave personal or IT equipment unattended.
