Sponsor FAQ


Click on the "REGISTER" button above and then click "SPONSOR | PARTNER". 


Specific sponsorship levels allow for a certain number of complimentary sponsor staff attendees. If you are not on the approved list provided by your Channel Manager of complimentary attendees, you will be charged $500 for Wednesday attendance (this will cover both days) and $250 for Thursday. We will offer credit card payment onsite.*


If you have staff switching out at the event, they must bring their lanyard back to Sponsor Registration, prior to leaving, in order to allow the next person to enter.

If you exceed the allotted amount, we will contact the Channel Manager to manage the amount of staff on the floor.


If we cannot reach the Channel Manager, staff will be charged per the rates listed above (via credit card, on-site), should venue capacity allow.  


Parking is available across the street from the Disney Grand Californian Hotel and Conference Center ("Grand Californian Self-Parking" on the image). You may enter Symposium through the main Conference Center doors or via the hotel.Parking is $20 per car for self-parking or $30 per car for valet parking, paid directly to Disney on-site. Mention you are with "Nth Generation" for the discounted price. These charges are for once in, once out privileges and not for in/out privileges. All Disney parking prices are subject to change without notice.


Breakout presenters need to arrive 10 minutes early and check-in with their room captain. Breakout presenter packets will be distributed the week of 10/7. Only Sponsors attendees may attend their own breakout sessions. No Sponsors may attend other Sponsors breakouts.
