If you are a public sector employee, it is critical that you verify the ethics code, laws and/or regulations that govern your ability to accept items of value from companies with whom you conduct business.  Employees of a U.S. K-12 public or private educational institution or any U.S. library should ensure compliance with the FCC’s E-rate gift rules (47 CFR Part 54) in addition to their local rules, regulations, and policies. Please obtain the necessary approval from your organization before accepting any item of value from HPE.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!

Showcase Layout

*subject to change

IMPORTANT TO NOTE!

Due to a high number of RSVP's (HOORAY!), we need to adjust the General Session floor -- enlarging it.

If you are listed in the bullets below, you are part of the Showcase area that will be expanded. Your booth will be set up after noon on Wednesday. Please make a note of this, if you have any additional items that you will need to set up at this time.

Please also note on Wednesday night, after the Showcase, we will be moving your booths to prepare for Thursday. You may leave giveaways at your station, but please do not leave any personal items or laptops, etc. at your booths. Thank you in advance.
